Hello I'm Hannah Barnes...the beauty, brains and boldness behind A Nourishing Notion.

 

I’m a passionate holistic health coach, entrepreneur, former nurse (12 years), mother to 4 and lover to my good man Ted.

​

I'm warm, open, and rather obsessed with human vitality. I also love to laugh!

I've had (endured 😂) a lot of personal growth since my Saturn return (about 30yo) - healing my health issues; overcoming an anger problem; navigating parenting challenges; living with grief after the loss of my mother to cancer; divorce; solo parenting; experiencing a conscious relationship; and overcoming low self worth, anxious attachment and people pleasing (a lifetime of work, if I'm honest!).

Sarah McDonald is a dedicated mum, wife, and heartfelt leader, driven by her passion for personal growth and transformation.

 

As an Enneagram coach, she guides individuals to deeper self-awareness and authentic living, bringing wisdom and empathy to every interaction.

 

Alongside her coaching, Sarah co-runs a successful travel brokerage, helping clients bring their dream journeys to life.

 

With a focus on wellness, balance, and connection, Sarah is committed to supporting others in creating meaningful experiences, both in travel and in personal development.

Sarah is like a sister to me. We work very well together and bring a sense of ease and peace to our retreats. Enjoying Bali together in September 2024 was a dream come true!
