To a large bowl add:
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper.
Toss cubed tofu in spice mix until well coated.
Option to add a drizzle of oil but it’s all good without.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until golden but be careful not to dry it out.
About 10 mins is usually good.
