Sessions:
The Client will receive 12 sessions over 12 weeks from the agreed start date. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the 12 week period.
The duration of each session will range from 30 to 60 minutes.
The Client must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or change any session. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the session being forfeited, except in emergency situations. If the Client arrives more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, the session will be forfeited.
The Client agrees to come prepared to each session with a clear idea of the desired outcome they wish to achieve.
Payment Terms
Total Payment:
The Client agrees to pay a total amount of $5,000 NZD in full before the start of the mentorship, or $5,500 NZD on a payment plan.

No Refunds: The Client acknowledges that all payments are non-refundable.
However, the Coach can choose to end the contract at any time, and will provide a refund in direct relation to where you're at in the program.
Confidentiality
The Client agrees to keep all details of the mentoring and fees confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without the express written consent of the Coach.
Client Responsibility
The Client understands and agrees that the Coach cannot guarantee specific results and that the Client’s success is dependent on their own effort and commitment to the process.
Voxer/Telegram Communication
The Client will receive high-level, 1:1 coaching via Voxer or Telegram, with message turnaround times of 24 hours for overseas clients and 12 hours for New Zealand-based clients.
The Coach is generally available for Voxer/Telegram communication between 9am-5pm NZST, Monday to Friday, with weekend responses at the Coach’s discretion.

Message Guidelines:
The Client agrees to keep messages brief, under 3 minutes per message, to allow for effective communication.
If messages exceed 5 minutes, the Coach reserves the right to address only parts of the message. For Clients who prefer processing vocally, they should provide a summary at the end of their voice note, highlighting what they have worked through and the outcome of the process.
